The project explores the theme of identity through recurring internal patterns of behavior, archetypes, and visual metamorphoses. The ornament here becomes a form of self-portrait.

By working with collages, ornaments, and tactile materials, I turn to introspection, to my own identity forming from fragments, to an attempt to capture inner multiplicity and its transformation.

I see personality as a vivid kaleidoscope that step by step takes different forms, depending on context, experience, and time.

Becoming a Pattern

Felt, wool, bioplastics, mirror elements, 2025
Inside are my collages.
When spinning, the viewer sees constantly changing ornaments.
Each turn is a new visual "slice" of archetypes.
This is an interaction with a volatile internal system.
